A Monstrously Good Witcher-Themed Maze is Popping Up in London

Wannabe monster hunters will be able to test their mettle in a Witcher maze.

Salutations, Witcher fans. We come bearing news that a Witcher-themed maze is popping up in the fair city of London. It’s being done at Outernet London, a popular location for events and interactive exhibitions, for a four-day stint between the 29th June and the 2nd July.

So, What’s the Deal with the Witcher-Themed Maze?

Maze The Witcher

It’s set to be a bit of a grand affair with singing bards to welcome you in and photo opps galore. After your big serenade you’ll be invited to take on the challenge of the maze, which of course involves navigating a puzzling arrangement of hedgerows – made all the more difficult by the presence of a mythical beast.

Make it through to the other side and you deserve to bask in the glory of the victorious. Glory here is dispensed in the form of photos of you adapted to appear in Witcher locations like the bathhouses of Novigrad. You’ll also be handed a complimentary treat – a Witcher-themed ice cream. Don’t ask us what flavour that might be…

All this is being put on in conjunction with Netflix and coming just in time for the release of the third season of The Witcher series. If you’re not already familiar with it, the story follows a monster-hunting mutant through a fantastical realm with Henry Cavill playing the lead, Geralt.

The show is an adaptation of a popular book series by Polish author Andrzej Sapkowski that has also been adapted into a trio of video games.
